If you don't have Relequen, you can use Pillar of Nirn which is especially good for fights shorter than ~35 seconds or in fights where you have to swap targets frequently or lose Relequen stacks. You definitely want this active on both bars meaning five body pieces or 1 jewelry piece with 4 body pieces depending on setup. Maintaining Relequen stacks is easier and straightforward. Relequen is still a highly desirable single target set even after all these years. Boosting its damage, as the vMA bow does, will typically boost your damage if you build your rotation around it and maintain as close to 100% uptime on it as possible. Endless Hail is typically one of the highest contributors to your overall DPS. CMX is great because it will give you a breakdown of how much each skill contributes to your overall DPS. Make sure to account for Endless Hail uptime. See the damage difference of Endless Hail between the two. To see the details of your damage better, get Combat Metrics up and running on the PTS. Second, you should move Rearming Trap to front bar, so you spend more time on front bar, therefore increasing/maintaining your Advancing stacks. Advancing Yokeda is much better if you use a light attack rotation on the front bar as you will build and maintain those stacks better.
